Painted Pony Restaurant I'm not going to pretend to be someone I'm not. This is not my typical restaurant. My wife and I got a gift card to come here, and we made a fun date of it. And it was fun! It is in a really cool building and has a nice atmosphere. However, I must say that the chairs, tables, decorations, etc, were a little underwhelming for such an expensive restaurant. It is nice. The staff was very nice and professional. But it wasn't as "fancy" as a P.F. Changs or a Maggiano's. You will definitely want a reservation. As for the Menu, it is interesting to me how every "fancy" restaurant has really interesting entrees. The entree doesn't come with any sides - no salad, no soup. I went with the PROSCUITTO WRAPPED FREE RANGE CHICKEN for $34.00 It comes with parsley almond pesto, acorn squash, couscous, and olive brown butter Again, I don't usually have acorn squash or couscous with my dinner.
