Cafe Sabor - 290 E E St George Blvd - St George, UT

This one is a personal favorite. Lots of meals eaten over at Cafe Sabor. My go-to are the Tierra y Mar Tacos.

Ok, the good and the bad

Good

The tacos! Man, they are delicious. The chips and salsa are also great. They always bring out one mild and one spicy. The spicy one isn't super spicy, but it also not as tasty.

The tacos are a little bit expensive, though... As of this post in January 2022, about $5 per taco, depending on which taco you get. Compared to Angelicas just down the road, they are more expensive but also a bit more pricey. The rice and beans on the side are quite good. And on Tuesdays, ask for the Taco Tuesday deal and get 2 plates of 3 tacos, rice and beans, and a drink for $20 (again, as of this post in January 2022).

The other thing on the menu that I can whole-heartedly recommend are the taquitos! They are an appetizer, and boy are they good!

As for drinks, the raspberry lemonade is my favorite. Pina colada lemonade is a close second.

The atmosphere is great. Really nice restaurant with main floor, upstairs, and a downstairs room for reservations.

The staff has always been very attentive and service is fast.

Bad

Busy! This place is always very busy. They aren't great at answering phones, probably for the same reason.

As for the menu, I guess I'm going to have to start branching out if I'm going to write this blog... I am a creature of habit and usually get the same things. But I did try the Burrito Supreme and I wasn't a big fan. It is ginormous, for one! And just not as delicious as the street tacos.

Ok, now for my final rating:

Taste:   9/10

Speed:  8/10

Quality:  9/10

Cleanliness: 10/10

Value: 7/10

Hope to see you there!
